Özet
IV. ÖZET Bu çalışmanın amacı 2003-2004 eğitim ve öğretim yılı Malatya îli'de ilköğretim kinci kademe öğrencilerinin beden eğitimi öğretmenlerine ilişkin görüşlerini incelemektir. Çalışmada 6. sınıftan 338 öğrenci, 7. sınıftan 336 öğrenci ve 8. sınıftan 339 öğrenci olmak üzere toplam 1013 öğrenciye anket formu uygulanmıştır. Anket formu, beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin davranışları, giyim tarzı, iletişim bece rileri, tutumları, tavırları, öğrencilere yaklaşımları, beden eğitimi dersi ders içi ve ders dışı etkinlikleri dahilinde hazırlanan 23 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Anket formu Malatya il genelinde 12 değişik okulda uygulanmıştır. Anket cevaplan SPSS 1 1 Windows paket programına kaydedilerek istatistiksel işlemler yapılmıştır. İstatis tiksel işlemler olarak öğrencilerin etkilenme oranlan sınıflara göre yüzdeler halinde veril miştir. Aynca öğrencilerin sınıflarına göre cevap oranlan arasında fark olup-olmadığını anlamak için 0,05 anlamlılık düzeyine göre kay-kare testi yapılmıştır. İstatistiksel işlemler sonucunda öğrencilerin beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin davra nışlarım, tutumlarmı, tavırlarım, iletişim becerilerini, sportif teknik ve becerilerini, giyim tarzlarım yüksek düzeyde örnek olarak görmektedirler. Öğrenciler beden eğitimi öğretmen lerini duygusal açıdan kendilerine yalan hissetmektedirler. Öğrenciler beden eğitimi öğ retmenlerinin yaptırdığı sportif hareketler ile fiziksel olarak geliştiklerine inanmaktadırlar. Aynca öğrenciler beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin onlan sosyalleştirdiklerine de yüksek dü zeyde inanmaktadırlar. Öğrencilerin sınıflarına göre beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinden etkilenme oranlan a- çısından çoğunlukla anlamlı düzeyde fark olduğu (P<0,05) görülmüştür. 101
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the opinion of students of second part of primary education relating to physical education teachers during the academic year of 2003-2004 in Malatya province. A questionnaire was performed on a total of 1013 pupils with 338 from the 6th grades, 336 pupils from the 7th grades and 339 pupils from the 8th grades. The questionnaire consisted of 23 questions prepared in terms of the physical education teacher's behaviour, clothing style, communication skills, attitudes, manners, approaches to his pupils during the classroom and outside the classroom activities. The questionnaire was performed at 12 different schools of Malatya. The answers of the questionnaire were subjected to statistical operation by saving them on SPSS 1 1 For Windows package programme. The rates at which they were influenced were given in per centage rations with respect to their classes. Also, to understand whether there is a differ ence between the rations of their answers with regard to their classes chi-square was per formed in terms of 0.05 significance level. As a result of the statistical operations, pupils regard their physical education teach ers' behaviour, attitudes, communication skills, sports techniques and abilities as an exam ple to themselves in a high level. Pupils feel their physical education teachers close to themselves emotionally. Pupils believe that they grow up physically through the sport ac tivities taught by their physical education teachers. Also, they believe that their teachers have made them more sociable. Pupils have been found mostly to have a difference in a significant level in terms of their rates at which they were influenced (P<0,05). 102
