The mean age of the all patients was 46.34±11.32 years, and those mostly were female (84.3 %, n=89). About 65 % of patients have had the low back pain over three years. It was found that 33.3 % (n=35) of participants used at least one form of CAT methods for low back pain in the last 12 months. Plaster applying on back, cold applying and massage were the most commonly used of the methods for low back pain. Also, it was found that only 28.6 % (n=10) of patients asked opinion from physician before they used CAT methods.
