| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Pseudomonas infeksiyonlarının tedavisinde Turgut Özal Tıp Merkezi'nde sıklıkla kullanılan aminoglikozitler ve antipseudomonal sefalosporinlere karşı Pseudomonas'ları in vitro direnç durumu Kirby-Bauer disk difüzyon yöntemi ile araştırıldı. Kültürü yapılan 12843 örneğin 106'sında (% 0.8) oksidaz-pozitif Gram-negatif basil izole edildi. Sceptor bakteri identifikasyon sistemi ile bu suşların 104'ünün Pseudomonas aeruginosa. birinin P. vesicularis ve birinin P. fluorescens/putida olduğu saptandı. Aminoglikozitlerden gentamisine 41 (%39), netilmisine 28 (%26) ve amikasine 16 (%15) suşda direnç saptandı. Antipseudomonal antibiyotiklerden seftazidime 31 sus (%29) dirençli bulunurken sulperazon duyarlılığı test edilebilen 52 P. aeruginosa suşundan beşi bu antibiyotiğe karşı dirençli bulundu. | en_US |
