Özet
This study is a quantitative study investigating the level of sentences, paragraphs and texts of secondary school students. The sample of this study consisted of 5 and 8th grade students studying in 12 central district secondary schools located in the province of Malatya. The data of the research was obtained from the students’ written statements. The data obtained in this study were analyzed by using quantitative evaluation methods. In the study, Puan Grade of Expression Level Graded Key en developed by the researcher was used. The data were processed using SPSS 22.0 program. Percentage (%) and frequency (f) were used to evaluate the data obtained. The problems that students experienced at the level of sentence, paragraph and text were tried to be determined. As a result of these bindings, it was determined that students’ sentence, paragraph and text making skills were not at the desired level. © 2019. All Rights Reserved.
