Öğe 3 BOYUTLU YAZICI İLE FARKLI RENKLERDE VE FARKLI DOLGU DESENLERİNDE ÜRETİLEN ÇEKME TEST NUMUNELERİNİN MEKANİK ÖZELLİKLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ(2021) Kamer, Muhammed Safa; Temiz, Şemsettin; Yaykaşlı, Hakan; Kaya, AhmetErimiş yığma modellemesi (FDM), makul bir süre içinde karmaşık şekillere sahip işlevsel parçalar oluşturma yeteneği nedeniyle hızla büyüyen bir hızlı prototipleme teknolojisidir. FDM yöntemiyle üretim yapan 3 boyutlu yazıcılarla üretilen ürünlerin mekanik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi ve geliştirilmesi, bu imalat yönteminin kullanımının yaygınlaşması açısından büyük öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışmada; Ultimaker 2 Extended 3B yazıcı ile ABS ve PLA malzeme kullanılarak farklı renklerde ve farklı dolgu desenlerinde çekme test numuneleri üretilmiştir. Filament renginin ve dolgu deseninin mekanik özellikler üzerindeki etkileri deneysel olarak araştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, kullanılan filament renginin, 3 boyutlu yazıcı ile üretilen çekme numunelerinin mekanik özellikleri üzerinde kayda değer bir etkisinin olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Kullanılan dolgu desenleri arasından en yüksek çekme mukavemeti değerlerinin “Concentric” dolgu deseniyle üretilen numunelerde olduğu belirlenmiştir.Öğe Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation in Adult Patients with Thalassemia: A Single-Center Experience and Literature Review(2023) Uysal, Ayşe; Erkurt, Mehmet Ali; Sarıcı, Ahmet; Kuku, İrfan; Biçim, Soykan; Hidayet, Emine; Kaya, AhmetObjective: Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) remains the only curative treatment modality in thalassemia. Its use has been limited by age, transplant-related mortality (TRM), graft rejection, and graft versus host disease (GvHD), especially in adult patients. We aimed to present our allo-HSCT experience in adult patients with thalassemia major. Material and Method: Patients’ demographic and clinical features, donor types, resource of stem cells, conditioning regimens, GvHD prophylaxis, time to neutrophil and platelet engraftments, acute and chronic GvHD, thalassemia -free survival (TFS) and overall survival were examined. Results: The study included six patients. The median age was 21.5 (20-26) years. The median ferritin levels were 1498.4 (347.4-6992.3) pg/ml. The matched sibling donor (MSD) was used in 4 patients while matched unrelated donor (MUD) was used in 2 patients. The median time to neutrophil and platelet engraftments were 17 (15-35) and 18 (15-40) days, respectively. Acute and chronic GvHD were detected in 2 and 1 patients, respectively. The TRM was detected in 2 patients (33.3%), due to infection and acute GVHD. At a median follow-up of 28 months after transplantation, 4 (66.6%) patients were alive and TFS was achieved in 2 (33.3%) patients. Graft failure was detected in 3 (50%) patients. Conclusion: Graft rejection, TRM and GvHD limited the use of allo-HSCT, especially in adult patients. These complications were reduced by re- duced-intensity conditioning regimens and allo-HSCT should be done primarily in patients under the age of 20 years and without organ damage due to iron overload.Öğe Association between fragmented QRS complexes and left ventricular dysfunction in healthy smokers(Wiley, 2019) Bayramoglu, Adil; Tasolar, Hakan; Bektas, Osman; Kaya, Ahmet; Gunaydin, Zeki YukselObjective: Smoking is a known risk factor for cardiovascular diseases and may cause myocardial damage independently of coronary artery disease. Fragmented ORS (f(lRS) is an important marker of myocardial fibrosis, while speckle-tracking echocardiography is a method used to show subclinical left ventricle dysfunction. Methods: Our study included 230 healthy individuals aged 18-40 years. The patients included were separated into two groups: those smokers (n = 130) and nonsmokers (n = 100). After that healthy smokers group were divided into two groups: those with fQRS (n = 24) and those without (n = 106). In both groups, the arithmetic mean of three images was used to obtain the left ventricle global longitudinal strain (LV-GLS). The E/SRe ratio was also calculated and analyzed. Results: There were significant differences between the smokers and non-smokers in terms of, E/SRe (55.7 +/- 17.9 vs 50.3 +/- 14.8; = 0.015), LV-GLS (23.1 +/- 1.9 vs 24.0 +/- 1.7; P = 0.001), and fQRS (18.5% vs 6%; P = 0.005). As a result of subgroup analysis, pack-year history was higher in the fQRS positive group (16.7 +/- 3.7 vs 11.2 +/- 3.7, P < 0.001). While a negative correlation was observed between pack-year history and LV-GLS (r =-0.678, P < 0.001), there was a positive correlation between pack-year history and E/SRe (r = 0.730, P < 0.001). Conclusion: In conclusion, our study demonstrated that fQRS is a parameter that can be used to determine left ventricle subclinical systolic and diastolic dysfunction in smokers, and that left ventricle dysfunction is related to the duration and intensity of smoking.Öğe Bazal D vitamini ve paratiroid hormon düzeyinin multiple myelom ve lenfoma hastalarında mobilizasyon rejimi sonrasında CD 34 kök hücre sayısı üzerine etkisi(İnönü Üniversitesi, 2019) Kaya, Ahmet; Kaya, Emı?nAmaç: Bu çalışmada, hematopoietik kök hücre nakli (HKHN) merkezimize başvuran hastalardan pratiroid ve D vitamini bazal düzeyi mobilizasyon rejimi öncesinde bakılarak bu hormonların otolog kök hücre naklinde CD 34 kök hücre üretimine bir etkisi olup olmadığı anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. D vitamini ve PTH' nin kemik iliği ve kök hücre transplantasyonu alanında yeni terapötik seçeneklere yol açabileceği yönünde litaretüre yeni bilimsel destek sağlamayı hedefledik. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmamız 2017 yılında projenin kabulünden sonra ortalama 18 ay içinde İnönü üniversitesi Turgut Özal Tıp Merkezi Hematoloji Bilim Dalında otolog kemik iliği nakli kararı verilen hastaların verileri ile hazırlandı. Mobiliasyon kemoterapisi verilmeden önce hastalardan iki tüp kan örneği alınarak biyokimya kliniğine gönderilerek yapıldı. Biyokimya laboratuarında Roche marka e411 model immünoassey cihazı yardımıyla D vitamini ve Paratiroid hormonu düzeyi çalışıldı. Mobilizasyon rejimi aldıktan sonra hastalardan Spectra optia cihazı yardımı ile CD34 kök hücre toplanıp kilogram başına düşen CD34 kök hücre sayısı hesaplandı. Mevcut veriler toplanarak Hastaların hormon düzeyleri SPSS istatistik programı aracılığı ile Paratiroid hormon ve Dvitamini ile CD 34 kök hücre sayısı arasındaki ilişki ortaya konuldu. Bulgular: Otolog kemik iliği nakli kararı verilen 28 lenfoma ve 49 multiple myelom hastasında paratiroid hormon ve D vitamini ile CD 34 kök hücre düzeyi arasında negatif ilişkisi olduğu tespit edildi. Sonuç: Tez çalışmamızda lenfoma ve multiple myelom hastalarında paratiroid hormon ve D vitamininin CD 34 kök hücre düzeyi ile negatif ilişkisi olduğu ve bunun istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmadığı bulunmuştur. The effect of printing speed on mechanical properties has been investigated. Masses, hardness and surface roughness of the produced samples have been measured, porosity values have been calculated and tensile test has been performed on the produced samples. After the tensile test, images have been taken by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) from the breaking regions of the broken samples. The mechanical properties of the samples produced with the same parameters with both materials have been compared. All rights reserved.Öğe Determination of Energy Consumption During The Tensile Test Sample Production in 3D Printer Working with The Fused Deposition Modeling Method(2023) Kamer, Muhammed Safa; Temiz, Şemsettin; Kaya, AhmetToday, 3-dimensional (3D) printers are developing increasingly, and rapid progress is being made to become an alternative to traditional production methods. 3D printers, which produce with the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) method, commonly produce by using polymer materials in the form of filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm or 2.85 mm. This study, tensile test specimens were produced using PLA filaments of different diameters (1.75 mm and 2.85 mm) with two different 3D printers. The electricity consumption of 3D printers during the production of tensile test samples was measured. The energy consumed by both 3D printers in producing tensile test specimens was compared. Instead of simultaneously producing a single test sample, it has been determined that the power consumption per test sample will be reduced by producing many test samples together.Öğe Effect of extracorporeal photopheresis on survival in acute graft versus host disease(Wiley, 2023) Kaya, Ahmet; Erkurt, Mehmet Ali; Kuku, Irfan; Kaya, Emin; Berber, Ilhami; Bicim, Soykan; Hidayet, EmineBackground: Extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP) is the main non-pharmacological approach accompanying systemic medical treatments in steroid-resistant acute or chronic graft versus host disease. The study aimed to examine the effect of ECP on survival in acute graft versus host disease (aGVHD).Methods: A total of 35 patients who were followed up in the adult hematology clinic of Inonu University Turgut ozal Medical Center for aGVHD were included in the study. Stem cell transplantation and ECP application parameters that may affect the survival of the patients were examined.Results: In aGVHD using ECP, the degree of involvement affects survival. Involvements with a clinical and laboratory score (Glucksberg system) of 2 and above significantly reduced survival. The duration of ECP use is associated with survival. Especially, 45 days and longer use increases survival (hazard ratio, P-value <.05). The duration of steroid use was found to be effective in survival in aGVHD (P < .001). ECP administration day (P = .003), duration of steroid use (P < .001), duration of ECP use (P = .001), and grade of aGVHD (P < .001) affect survival.Conclusion: ECP use is effective in survival in patients with aGVHD score =2. In patients with aGVHD, especially the use of 45 days and longer has a positive effect on survival. In this direction, many studies are carried out to reduce the disadvantages of 3D manufacturing technologies. The first few of these disadvantages are; high production cost, slow production speed, and lower strength values of the produced product compared to traditional methods. Increasing or decreasing the printing speed, which is one of the 3d production parameters, appears as a parameter that will directly affect the strength and production costs of the produced product. For this reason, it is important to determine the effects that may occur on the mechanical properties of the product produced by changing the printing speed in terms of choosing the printing speed according to the intended use of the product. In this study, the effect of desktop Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) 3D printing speed on mechanical properties was investigated. Tensile test samples were produced using Polylactic Acid (PLA) material at seven different printing speeds using two different 3D printers operated without bed heating. The mass, hardness, surface roughness, and porosity values of the produced samples were determined. Fractured surfaces of the samples were analyzed using Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images. The results show that an increase in the printing speed decreases the mass, the top surface hardness, and the tensile strength and increases the porosity, the arithmetic average roughness of the products produced with both 3D printers.Öğe The effect of thrombocytapheresis on hemogram and biochemistry parameters in patients with essential thrombocytemia(Elsevier France-Editions Scientifiques Medicales Elsevier, 2023) Kaya, Ahmet; Kuku, Irfan; Erkurt, Mehmet Ali; Kaya, Emin; Berbera, Ilhami; Bicim, Soykan; Hidayet, EmineBackground: Essential thrombocythemia is one of the chronic myeloproliferative neoplasms characterized by clonal proliferation of myeloid cells with variable morphological maturation and hematopoietic activity. It is characterized by excessive clonal platelet production with a tendency to thrombosis and bleeding. Thrombocytapherests is the removal of platelets by apheresis techniques. Thrombocytapherests is generally recommended in patients with essential thrombocythemia with acute, severe thrombotic or hemorrhagic events.Methods: The study included 39 patients who were diagnosed with essential thrombocythemia, started cytoreductive and aspirin therapy, and underwent thrombocytapherests due to the development of acute severe thrombotic or hemorrhagic events, diagnosed in the adult hematology clinic of I_nonu University Turgut Ozal Medical Center. Hemogram and biochemistry values of the patients were scanned retrospectively.Results: After thrombocytapherests, a statistically significant difference was found between the first and last measurements of hemoglobin, mean platelet volume, White blood cell, neutrophil, platelet, platelet distribution width, creatine, lactate dehydrogenase, fibronogen and calcium levels of the patients. Conclusion: The use of thrombocytapherests in patients with essential thrombocytosis causes a rapid decrease in platelet values as well as an effect on hemogram and biochemistry parameters. All rights reserved.Öğe Etiological evaluation and the role of plasma exchange treatment in trombotic microangiopathies: A retrospective analysis from Eastern Anatolia(2022) Hidayet, Emine; Erkurt, Mehmet Ali; Sarici, Ahmet; Bicim, Soykan; Berber, Ilhami; Kuku, Irfan; Kaya, Emin; Kaya, Ahmet; Özgül, MustafaThe aim is this study was to make the etiological classification of patients diagnosed with TMA in our region and to statistically evaluate the effect of therapeutic plasma exchange, which we use in treatment, on laboratory recovery and mortality. In our study, between 2009-2017, 85 patients diagnosed with TMA in our center evaluated retrospectively. Thirty- one (36.5%) of our patients were followed up with HELLP, 23 with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) (27.1%), 20 (23.5%) snake bites, and 11 (12.9%) with atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS). TPE treatment was performed in all patients. TPE treatment was found effective in patients with HELLP syndrome, TTP and snake bite and statistically significant improvement was obtained in laboratory parameters (p<0.05). However, TPE treatment was not found to be effective in the treatment of atipical HUS (p>0.05). Mortality rates were found 9.7%, 21.7%, 27.3%, and 0% in patients with HELLP Syndrome, TTP, aHUS, and snake bite, respectively. The primary treatment in HELLP syndrome was termination of pregnancy, it was observed in our study that TPE was effective in TTP, HELLP syndrome and snake bites and treatment should be started without delayÖğe Evaluation of busulfan, cyclophosphamide, and etoposide as a preparation regimen for autologous stem cell transplantation in Hodgkin's lymphoma patients(Wolters Kluwer Medknow Publications, 2024) Bicim, Soykan; Erkurt, Mehmet Ali; Kuku, Irfan; Kaya, Emin; Berber, Ilhami; Kaya, Ahmet; Hidayet, EmineBACKGROUND: Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL) exhibits a cure rate of 90% in patients diagnosed at an early stage and a cure rate ranging from 70% to 90% in patients diagnosed at an advanced stage. In the case of patients with relapsed/refractory HL (r/rHL), it is recommended to provide salvage chemotherapy initially, followed by autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT). The ideal conditioning regimen for the transplantation process is still being investigated.OBJECTIVES: For individuals with r/rHL, high-dose chemotherapy combined with ASCT (HD-ASCT) is thought to be the most effective method of treatment. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the busulfan, cyclophosphamide, and etoposide (BuCyE) preparation regimen in r/rHL patients.MATERIALS AND METHODS: Retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 67 lymphoma patients older than 18 years who had HD-ASCT with the BuCyE conditioning regimen between September 2014 and November 2021 (86 months). The research consisted of 34 r/r HL patients among them. A parenteral regimen of 0.8 mg/kg of busulfan every 6 h from day -7 to day -5, 50 mg/kg of cyclophosphamide on days -3 and -2, and 400 mg/m2 of etoposide on days -5 and -4 comprised the patient preparation regimen before ASCT. All data were collected from inpatient files and the Inonu University Turgut Ozal Medical Center Hospital Information System.RESULTS: The median age of the patients was 43 years, and 67.6% were males. The most common type of HL was nodular sclerosis, which was followed by mixed cellularity. The median time for platelet and neutrophil engraftment was 14 and 11 days, respectively. 5.0 x 106/kg was the median transplanted dose of CD34+ cells (2.1-13.55). Liver toxicity was observed in 6 (17.6%) patients. Eight patients suffered from pulmonary side effects. The median number of previous chemotherapies was 2 (2-4). In all lymphoma patients, the complete response rate was 61.8% (n = 21), whereas the disease progression rate was 32.3% (n = 11). Transplantation-related mortality on the 100th day was 8.8% (n = 3). Three-year overall survival was 57.17%.CONCLUSION: When the literature was reviewed, the studies with the BuCyE preparation regimen in patients with r/rHL were limited. This conditioning regimen was found to have fewer side effects and a lower cost. HLA tissue compatibility percentage is the most important parameter that increases the success of transplantation in donor selection. Pretransplant HLA tissue typing can be looked at in low and high resolution according to the facilities of the center and the urgency of transplantation. Many centers evaluate HLA HLA-A, B, C, DP, DQ, DR tissue types before allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. HLA tissue types differ in many races and even between unrelated individuals of the same race. AIMS: This study aimed to show the common human leukocyte antigen (HLA) rates and differences in Syrian and Turkish ethnicity patients who underwent allogeneic stem cell transplantation in our center. MATERIALS AND METHODS: HLA tissue similarities between Turkish and Syrian patients were revealed by examining the HLA tissue records of Turkish and Syrian patients who applied to the bone marrow transplant unit of Inonu University Turgut Ozal Medical Center between December 2009 and November 2021 for allogeneic stem cell transplantation. RESULTS: As a result of our study, it has been observed that there are similarities in terms of HLA A*02, HLA B*35, HLA C 04,07,12, HLA DP*02,04,11 HLA DQ*02,03,05,06, HLA DR*01,03,11,13 in Turkish and Syrian patients. High resolution HLA subgroups of the patients are shown in Tables three and four. CONCLUSION: In allogeneic stem cell transplantation, there may be similar HLA tissue types among ethnic groups.Öğe Influence of fat replacers on chemical composition, proteolysis, texture profiles, meltability and sensory properties of low-fat Kashar cheese(Cambridge Univ Press, 2008) Sahan, Nuray; Yasar, Kurban; Hayaloglu, Ali A.; Karaca, Oya B.; Kaya, AhmetChanges in chemical composition, proteolysis, lipolysis, texture, melting and sensory properties of low-fat Kashar cheese made with three different fat replacers (Simplesse((R)) D-100, Avicel Plus((R)) CM 2159 or P-glucan) were investigated throughout ripening. The low-fat cheeses made with fat replacers were compared with full- and low-fat counterparts as controls. Reduction of fat caused increases in moisture and protein contents and decreases in moisture-in-non fat substance and yield values in low-fat cheeses. The use of fat replacers in the manufacture of low-fat Kashar cheese increased water binding capacity and improved overall quality of the cheeses. Use of fat replacer in low-fat cheese making has enhanced cheese proteolysis. All samples underwent lipolysis during ripening and low-fat cheeses with fat replacers had higher level of total free fatty acid than full- or low-fat control cheeses. Texture attributes and meltability significantly increased with addition of fat replacers. Sensory scores showed that the full-fat cheese was awarded best in all stages of ripening and low-fat variant of Kashar cheeses have inferior quality. However, fat replacers except P-glucan improved the appearance, texture and flavour attributes of low-fat cheeses. When the fat replacers are compared, the low-fat cheese with Avicel Plus((R)) CM 2159 was highly acceptable and had sensory attributes closest to full-fat Kashar cheese.Öğe An international survey on hypoglycemia among insulin-treated type I and type II diabetes patients: Turkey cohort of the non-interventional IO HAT study(Bmc, 2018) Emral, Rifat; Tetiker, Tamer; Sahin, Ibrahim; Sari, Ramazan; Kaya, Ahmet; Yetkin, Ilhan; Cil, Sefika UsluBackground: Limited real-world data are currently available on hypoglycemia in diabetes patients. The International Operations Hypoglycemia Assessment Tool (IO HAT) study was designed to estimate hypoglycemia in insulin-treated type I (T1DM) and type II (T2DM) diabetes mellitus patients from 9 countries. The data from Turkey cohort are presented here. Methods: A non-interventional study to determine the hypoglycemia incidence, retrospectively and prospectively, in Turkish T1DM and T2DM patients using a 2-part self-assessment questionnaire. Results: Overall, 2348 patients were enrolled in the Turkey cohort (T1DM = 306 patients, T2DM = 2042 patients). In T1DM patients, 96.8% patients reported hypoglycemic events (Incidence rate [IR]: 68.6 events per patient-year [ppy]), prospectively, while 74.0% patients reported hypoglycemic events (IR: 51.7 events ppy), retrospectively. In T2DM patients, 95.9% patients (IR: 28.3 events ppy) reported hypoglycemic events, prospectively, while 53.6% patients (IR: 23.0 events ppy) reported hypoglycemic events, retrospectively. Nearly all patients reported hypoglycemia during the prospective period. Conclusions: This is a first patient-reported dataset on hypoglycemia in Turkish, insulin-treated diabetes patients. A high incidence of patient-reported hypoglycemia confirms that hypoglycemia remains under-estimated. Hypoglycemia increased healthcare utilization impacting patients' quality of life. Hypoglycemia remains a common side effect with insulin-treatment and strategies to optimize therapy and reduce hypoglycemia occurrence in diabetes patients are required.Öğe An investigation of the relationships between teachers’ competency with lesson planning, designing learning environments and materials, and their socio-cultural characteristics(Kuramsal Eğitimbilim Dergisi, 2012) Bozaslan, Hasan; Genç, Gülten; Kaya, Ahmet; Merter, FeridunÖz: Bu araştırmada, ilköğretim okullarındaki sınıf öğretmenlerinin eğitim programlarınauygun olarak dersi planlama, sınıf ortamını düzenleme ve konuya uygun materyal hazırlamadaki yeterlikleri ile sosyo-kültürel özellikleri arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Anket, Gaziantep il merkezinde ikisi özel, dördü devlet okulu, Nizip ilçesinde birisi özel, altısı devlet okulu ve ilçeye bağlı üç köy okulu olmak üzere toplam16 ilköğretim okulunda uygulanmıştır. Anketi toplam 159 sınıf öğretmeni yanıtlamıştır. Elde edilen veriler, SPSS paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Çözümleme sonucunda p<.05 düzeyinde anlamlı bulunan sonuçlar, tablolarlagösterilmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda anne ve babalarının eğitim düzeyi ve maddi durumu yüksek olan, özel okulda çalışan, sınıf mevcudu 15 ile 20 arası olan sınıf öğretmenlerinin lehine anlamlı bir farklılaşma bulunmuştur.Öğe İsmet Özel, hayatı, şiiri ve poetikası(İnönü Üniversitesi, 2014) Kaya, Ahmetİsmet Özel, 19 Eylül 1944 tarihinde doğar. Bir süre Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi'nde okur, eğitimini yarıda bırakıp askere gider. 1977 yılında Hacettepe Üniversitesi'nin Fransız Dili ve Edebiyatı bölümünü bitirir. 1977'den itibaren kaleme aldığı gazete yazılarından çoğunu kitaplaştırır. 1980 yılından itibaren emekliye ayrıldığı 1998 yılına dek İstanbul Devlet Konservatuarı ve Mimar Sinan Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuarında Fransızca okutmanlığı yapar. Şair ve yazar olarak birçok ödül alır. Birçok yayın kuruluşunda ve salon toplantılarında sanat, siyaset ve toplum konularında görüşlerini anlatmış ve halen anlatmaktadır. Bir süre Bilgi Üniversitesi'nde şiir üzerine dersler de vermiştir. 1960'lı yıllarda Batı'da ve Türkiye'de etkili olmuş bir düşünce akımı olan "Varoluşçuluk", İsmet Özel şiirinde de önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. İsmet Özel, şiirlerini genellikle serbest nazım tarzında yazmıştır. İsmet Özel şiirsel ahenge ve şiirde müziğe önem veren bir şairdir. Orta uzunluktaki şiirlerinde İsmet Özel'in dili son derece rahattır. Zengin görsel çağrışımlar içerir ve coşkun bir lirizm, okuru hemen şiire bağlar. İsmet Özel, şiire başladığı yıllarda sosyalist bir dünya görüşüne bağlıdır ve sosyalist kültür çevresinin önemli üyelerinden biridir. Fakat 1970'li yıllardan itibaren biyografisinde geçen bir ibareyle "Müslüman dünya görüşü"ne bağlanır. 2007 yılında İstiklal Marşı Derneği'ni kurarak yönetimini üstlenir. Bu çalışma, "Giriş"ten sonra "İsmet Özel'in Hayatı-Sanat Hayatı-Eserleri", "İsmet Özel'in Şiiri", "İsmet Özel'in Poetikası, "Sonuç", "Kaynakça" ve "Ekler" bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. Tezin birinci bölümünde İsmet Özel'in hayatı ve eserleri, ikinci bölümünde şiirinin biçim ve içeriği, üçüncü bölümde şiir anlayışı çeşitli alt başlıklar altında incelenerek tartışılıp yorumlanmıştır. Gökhan; Canbazoğlu, SuatÖz: Klima santrallerinde kullanılan fanların çıkış ağızlarının kesit alanı, fandan sonra gelen ısıtma/soğutma bataryaları, susturucu, filtre, karışım odası veya ısı geri kazanım vb. hücrelerin kesit alanından küçüktür. Klima santralinin verimli bir şekilde çalışabilmesi için, fanın üflediği havanın bir sonraki hücreye mümkün olan en düşük basınç düşüşü ve homojen hız dağılımı ile yayılması gerekir. Küçük bir kesit alanından çıkan havayı daha büyük bir kesit alanına yaymak için delikli difüzörlü boş hücreler kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, V-profilli delikli difüzörlü boş hücre kullanılmıştır. Bu durumda havanın boş hücreden sonraki üniteye yayılma durumu ve delikli difüzörlü boş hücrenin sebep olduğu basınç düşüşü farklı tepe açıları, delik geometrisi ve gözeneklilik için sayısal olarak araştırılmıştır.Öğe Merkezi Klima Santralleri Için "Delikli Difüzörlü Bos Hücre (Ön Susturucu)" Tasarımı Ve Optimum Geometrik Parametrelerinin Akıs Ve Akustik Performans Ölçütlerine Göre Belirlenmesi(2018) Aksoy, İshak Gökhan; Seçgin, Abdullah; Kaya, Ahmet; Erdoğan, AhmetMerkezi Klima santrallerinde emis veya üfleme fanının çıkıs agızlarındaki hava jetinin ortalama akıs hızlarının en azından 9-10 m/s mertebelerinde olması ve akısın hız dagılımının tam gelismis türbülanslı akıstaki hız dagılımından oldukça farklı olması nedeniyle, fandan sonra arada yeterli uzunlukta bir santral bölümü veya delikli difüzörlü bir bos hücre olmaması durumunda; havanın fan hücresinden sonra yer alan ısıtma veya sogutma bataryaları, susturucu, filtre, karısım odası veya ısı geri kazanım vb. hücre yüzeylerinin ancak belirli bir kısmı ile teması söz konusu olmaktadır. Bu nedenle fandan sonra yer alan yukarıda belirtilen hücrelerin verimli bir sekilde çalısması için fan üfleme agzından sonra hava dagılımını kolaylastıran perfore (delikli) sacdan yapılmıs bir delikli difüzörün de içinde bulundugu fan çark çapının yaklasık 0.8-1.5 katı uzunlukta bos hücreler kullanılmaktadır. Delikli difüzörlü bir bos hücre kullanımı halinde, yukarıda bahsedilen hücrelerin tüm yüzeylerinden havanın homojen bir sekilde geçirilerek çalısma verimlerinin arttırılması ve buna baglı olarak santral içi toplam basınç kaybının azaltılması mümkün olmaktadır. Bununla birlikte delikli difüzörler ve bos hücreler akustik açıdan özellikle düsük frekanslarda etkin olan Reaktif Susturucular olarak tanımlandıklarından, delikli difüzörlü bos hücreler klima santrallerinde fanın ürettigi gürültüyü azaltarak bir nevi ön susturucu fonksiyonu da görebilmektedirler. Bu proje çalısmasında, merkezi klima santrallerinde üfleme fanının çıkıs agzından geçip delikli difüzörlü bir bos hücreye giren havanın hücre içindeki akıs ve akustik analizi sayısal ve deneysel olarak incelenmistir. Yapılan çalısmalarda, farklı geometrilere sahip delikli difüzörlü bos hücre modelleri denenmis ve difüzör delik çapı, delik geometrisi, koniklik açısı, delik alanının toplam yüzey alanına oranı (porozite veya perforasyon oranı), açık alan oranı (toplam delik alanının giris bogaz kesit alanına oranı), difüzöre giris kesiti ile fan üfleme (atıs) agzı arası mesafe, içbükey ve dısbükey yüzeylerin egrilik yarıçapları, delik yerlesim sekli ve sac kalınlıgı gibi birçok parametre dikkate alınarak akısa ve basınç düsümüne olan etkisi belirlenmeye çalısılmıstır. Sayısal hesaplamalarda HAD (Hesaplamalı Akıskanlar Dinamigi) yazılımı Ansys-Fluent ve Actran Aero Acoustics Programları kullanılmıstır. Ayrıca, sayısal analizlerin dogrulanması bakımından bazı difüzör geometrilerine ait deneysel ölçümler yapılmıstır.
