Öğe Analysis of Expert Opinion on the Future of Distance Education Practices in Turkey(The International Society for Technology Education and Science, 2020) Koçoğlu E.Distance education is an area based on interdisciplinary design and has a history of 3000 years. From a distance training applications due to begin not yet established the Republic of Turkey, our country has not reached a sufficient level of practice in this regard. Together with the newly established state, the concept of distance education was conceptually discussed until the 1960s and started to be implemented in the 1970s. This practice was realized at the secondary level and then started to be used in higher education and private sector. Distance education applications that enable the individual to learn independently from time and space have eliminated the necessity of shaping an individual's life according to some rules. Made the purpose of this study is analyzed in accordance with expert opinion on the future of distance education applications in Turkey. The members of the working group considered as experts in the study are faculty members working in universities. The answers given to the questions posed by the researcher to the lecturers through the interview form were subjected to content analysis by the researcher and given in the form of theme tables. © 2020 Published by ISRES PublishingÖğe Analysis of Kohlberg's Moral Development in Terms of Value Transfer in Educational Institutions(The International Society for Technology Education and Science, 2020) Koçoğlu E.Kolhberg's moral development is a theory that is categorized as pre-tradition, traditional and transcultural, and serves as a compass in terms of value transfer in learning environments. This theory is also an important criterion in evaluating the viewpoint of gaining individual and social value. This criterion varies from geography to geography, from culture to culture, from society to society and from individual to individual. The main purpose of this study is how this theory is perceived and evaluated in educational institutions in our society. In this study, opinions were taken through semi-structured interview form with teachers working in schools to reveal this perception and evaluated by subjecting them to content analysis. While determining the study teachers, random sampling method was used and 40 teachers from different branches were studied. The interviews with the teachers were made by the researcher and the opinions received from the teachers were grouped as sub-themes. Looking at the results of the study, it is seen that most of the teachers who make up the study group practically apply this model although they know it theoretically. © 2020 Published by ISRES PublishingÖğe Effects of Software Programs Effective in Digital Self Development(The International Society for Technology Education and Science, 2020) Koçoğlu E.Educational software, which is one of the materials prepared for the purpose of realizing computer assisted instruction, is technological programs designed to deal with the topics that will be covered in the lessons that will be explained. The use of these programs in the education process of the individual brings with it some economic competencies. Today, the changes in science and technology have affected the life of the individual as well as in many ways. This situation brought about the interaction of educational and technological applications. Therefore, it is necessary to keep up with developing and changing technology in education. Individuals or institutions that are in the position of planning and implementing education should plan and carry out educational activities with this awareness. Thanks to the teaching software, the individual who learns by living with multiple learning environments in education will increase the concrete and permanent learning level. In this study, based on the screening model in line with the qualitative research method, many studies on instructional software were examined and evaluated, and the data obtained from these studies were grouped into sub-themes by content analysis. The effective realization of this process can be achieved by the individual's ability to solve adaptive problems. An individual's encounter with orientation problems is closely related to his educational life. Therefore, the trainings that the individual receives for orientation guidance in the education process are very important. The socialization process of the individual can be facilitated or made difficult through educational activities. This situation is commensurate with the competence knowledge of the personnel responsible for the quality of education or training activities. In this study prepared based on qualitative method, scanning model was used. It has been found that activities for orientation guidance that form the subject of the study should be prepared with an approach that takes the student to the center in addition to the dimension of adaptation to the school and rule reminder. As a result of this study, it was concluded that orientation activities also contribute to students' communication and problem solving skills. In the light of the results obtained in the study, suggestions were presented by the researcher. © 2020 Published by ISRES PublishingÖğe Learning styles of the pedagogical formation students(Sakarya University, 2015) Aydemir H.; Karali Y.; Koçoğlu E.; Akkaya S.The objective of this research is to determine learning styles of the prospective teachers receiving training on pedagogical formation. Additionally it is to find out the relation between their sex and faculty they have studied and the learning styles. The working group of the study is consisted of 470 students that receive training on Pedagogical formation in the Teachers College, Inonu University. For data collection, the Grasha-Reichmann Learning Style Scale, as adapted to Turkish by Sarıtaş and Süral (2010), has been used. The data thus obtained was analyzed by the statistics software SPSS 20. In the study, point mean was used to determine distribution level of the learning styles of the prospective teacher. For analysis of the resulting data, Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis Test were used. As to the means in the lower dimensions of the learning styles of the pedagogical formation students, the dependent, independent, contributor, reserved and cooperative learning styles are found to be at the medium level, and the competitive learning style at the higher level. It is seen that the prospective teachers graduated from the Faculty of science/letters are more competitive than the prospective teachers graduated from the Faculty of theology in terms of learning style. In the comparison made by sex, it has been determined that the female prospective teachers are more collaborative and the male prospective teachers are more reserved. © The Turkish Online Journal of Educational Technology.Öğe Teachers 'Responsibilities for Creating Multiple Learning Environments in Education(The International Society for Technology Education and Science, 2020) Koçoğlu E.It can be said that one of the main problems faced by the students during the teaching and learning process is the uniform transfer. Many theoreticians and model developers have criticized this transfer style with their studies. Within the framework of these criticisms, the concept of multiple learning environment, which has increased in importance in the teaching-learning process, has started to take place in educational literature. The advantages that this concept offers to the learning environment impose a number of responsibilities on the teacher. It can be said that the situation of overcoming these responsibilities is related to teachers' proficiency levels. The concept of multiple learning environment, which has the characteristics of using different strategies, methods and techniques at the same time and using different tools, materials and materials related to the subject at the same time, is based on the permanent learning in education. In this study, it was tried to determine the responsibilities of teachers on the subject with the screening model. © 2020 Published by ISRES Publishing
